Overview

Jack’s earliest rated writing in the archive — written at the turn of 2022, likely around age 17-18. Rated Bib Gourmand (exceptional tier). Only the opening lines survive in the API — the rest was in collapsed toggles or child blocks not retrieved — but what exists is telling.

Significance

This is one of the earliest entries in the archive. The fact that Jack has maintained a writing practice from at least 2021 through 2026 — five years and 360+ entries — is itself notable. The Bib Gourmand rating suggests that even looking back years later, Jack considered this one of his exceptional pieces.

The “be more fit” resolution appearing as #1 (of what was presumably a longer list) is consistent with the later entries: fitness shows up repeatedly in the archive, and Jack’s running log and fitness hub in Notion are among the more densely populated databases.
