Overview

Jack has maintained a fitness tracking practice since at least July 2021. The Notion fitness hub (titled “Jotion V4.5 Fitness Hub”) contains multiple databases and trackers covering running, gym sessions, weight loss, and activity logs.

Current Practice

As of 2026, Jack is running in Atlanta area trails and going to the gym. A March 31, 2026 entry is labeled “Gym Session 1” — suggesting a new gym cycle beginning. The March 27, 2026 meeting note records:

“Exercise + meditation replacing caffeine as energy strategy”

This is a real shift: Jack is actively replacing stimulant-based energy management (caffeine) with movement-based energy management (exercise, meditation). This aligns with the Walk In The Park Framework framework’s principle 3 (work: present over perfect) and his broader project of becoming more stable.
